Owners of a 1980’s home in Burnaby, BC were looking to upgrade their living room, dining room, and basement. They wanted the home to be both modern and functional for their busy family of four. Herron Homes updated their upstairs living area with a contemporary fireplace, custom wall shelving unit and unique light fixtures – all working together to create a modern ambience. Down in the basement, the team renovated the laundry room, bathroom, mud room and living room – complete with a cute little reading nook for the kids. Now the home is more functional for the family and has a refreshing new look which completely hides it’s age.
